Free Paris

I’m sorry, I know one, maybe two of you may disagree, but we must free Paris Hilton. OK, I have stood by while being lied to by greedy and corrupt institutions, both government and corporate. I have said almost nothing about the missing bees. And when Brittany cut her hair off, I bit my tongue. But his has just gone too far. She is an heiress for goodness sake. Does that not account for anything anymore?

What is the point of amassing an obscenely large amount of money if you can’t buy you way out of a little trouble? I mean really, where was Jonnie Cochran on this one. I know, I know, she didn’t really earn the money herself, but that is totally not her fault. Think of the service she is providing. Today, instead of being worried about the war in Iraq, or Global warming, or the dam bees, we are blissfully being swept away in a blitzkrieg of media coverage of her early release from jail.
